yip, thats configuration of a sidecar, 2 wheels out back would be a trike

moderns have got flat tyres now and evolved in design, go back a cople decades and they look a bit more familiar to a biker and look even gnarlier to ride n swing on!

The rules don't allow that configuration
It'd be interesting to run against something like that though as once upon a time trikes raced against sidecars in the same races

You'd have to go back a bit more than a couple of decades, it be more like 40-50 years+

international rules for F2 still have handlebars and swingarms, not so far removed from the olden days as the long bikes

He's talking looking more like a bike with sidecar attached though, a F2 doesn't resemble that very much, you'd need to go back to at least the bikes running 16 inch wheels at least

As one garage spectator remarked, "Dont they have scrutineering down south?"

The Owen Greenwood Mini in the UK circa mid '60s was the last cyclecar to go well - and it went so well they banned them.
It was actually a 4 wheeler too - the rears were close enough together to be classed as a single wheel.

The UK Vintage club race cyclecars - Morgans - with chairs up to mid 60's style - which I assume is where Kick gets the 16in wheel figure from.

There were chairs here in the 70's which were normal bike frames with chairs attatched - I remember seeing a couple of lowered Featherbed Nortons like that.

This was built recently by a guy called Alain Zurcher and is powered by a 3 cylinder two stroke 500cc disc valve engine he built himself

Front wheels are 6 inch kart wheels and it weighs 135kg
