Tubular steel frame chassis, copy of an Ireson outfit, Warrick said it cost some guy heaps just to import the plans. Lightweight Halliday race wheels, Carrera alloy adjustable shocks, JFZ calipers all round (2 x pots on the front, 2 pot side and rear).
1988 kawasaki ZX10R engine, Carillo rods, forged hi compression pistons, Mega cycle cams, Ported and flowed head, heavy duty clutch, Undercut gearbox, 39mm Flatslide Carbs, Modified sump specifically for sidecar use. this is the engine Andy Scrivener won 4 NZ titles with.

    Also has –
    Quick turn throttle
    Safety lanyard
    Rev counter
Daytona Digital temperature gauge with clock.

Some of the things I have done while rebuilding it in the last 8 months are –

Modified chassis to clear carbs and full inspection and weld.
    New side stub axle.
    Modified sump.
    Mounting tabs on fuel tank.
    New fuel system.
    All new bearings.
    All new nuts and bolts.
    All new aluminium floor.
All new plywood and Vinyl Deck.
    Sandblast and paint chassis.
    Fix fiberglass fairings.
    New Battery.
    New Wiring loom.
    Fairing paint.
    Wheel and engine paint.
    New front brake disc.
    All new tyres.
    Brakes rekitted.
New start button and kill switch.
    New brake lines.
    Mounted oilcooler.
    Modified passenger handles.
New brake pedal and gear change setup.

Plus heaps of stuff I have probably forgotten, I have spent hours rebuilding this outfit and it is basically brand new, hence why it has just been MNZ certified and tagged 2 months ago as a new build.

This list of spares it comes with is huge and includes –
2 x engines (Sidecar modified sumps and oil return lines etc)
    a set of standard carbs
    fairing seat mould
    3 x tyres 2 slicks and a wet I think
1 x brandnew front brake disc
    custom alloy airbox
full set of used but still good bearings
4 or 5 sets of carb jets
    brake calipers
    clutch slave cylinder newly rebuilt
    clutch master cylinder
    brake master cylinder
    full gasket set
    brake pads
A full clutch set which looks to be an aftermarket slipper clutch.
    A set of front springs.
    Various shims, valves, bearings etc.
    + heaps more
There are enough spares to keep this sidecar going forever.

I would post pictures, but i have so many infractions it takes me 45mins just to turn my computer on.
This outfit is extremely good value.
It is currently the best entry level sidecar for sale in NZ for a number of reasons, but mainly because it has recently been put together with very close attention to detail.
All it will need for the next two seasons is petrol.
It will also be very reliable due to having all sub assemblies overhauled as it was rebuilt.
Every bolt on it is either a nyloc, tie wired, split pinned or loctite'd.
I was closley associated with the rebuild & gave it final tech inspection & sign off.
If you want cheap reliable sidecar racing, this is the outfit for you.
There is no set up changes required for different tracks like some more advanced chassis, its just jump on & ride.
Paint it in your style & come racing!!!
(I am aware that the only reason it this outfit is for sale is that a deal has come up on another bike that is almost too good to be true)

If sombody is keen to buy it and they give me money on the saturday, they can take my place in the races on sunday (for free) if they wish. Afterall it would be rude of me to race their new sidecar.

The Macdonald father/son combo are relieving their Dunoon built long bike of its duties at the hands of the pensioner as they upgrade to a more modern outfit. K4/K5 GSXR1000 fuel inj. motor with a brand new Power Commander fitted and a tune of some sort. Has been dyno'd and produces around the 150hp mark at the wheel I think (may need to correct this later) AVON slicks all round, done a couple of races but bought new in Feb/March. Will have some spares. More info available.

Certainly a valid point...Untill one asks why same sex individuals who are not gay, would marry one and other.

Sweet, changed it. I saw it spelt Dunoon somewhere else but that would have just been Alex spelling it on his entry forms or something.

Branding on my arse would prove me a liar if I said no.

However, marrying another dude might be very close to past my physical capability to retain booze.

Well apparently you have to take a wife to a wife swapping party, but now you can just take your mate.

Was his last name Bradenhorst or something? If so was the bike a disassembled Beemer that he bought over from SA? Never thought he'd sell it, wasn't sure it existed to be honest.
