Easily, yip Phil and I did 1.55 on old old tyres and pre rebuild of motor.. Def go faster on it next time it sees puna. Ha newish rear on it which hooks up nicely and grumph has since rebuilt motor and dialled it in, we knocked 2 secs off pb at levels after that but havent given puna a good go yet.. Got 39mm flatslides for it now too

remember his first race meeting at Taihape street circuit mid 80's, he was sliding the rear wheel and lifting the chair on the first left hander, he'd done a bit of bucketing but that was good skills in itself. Got to see him race a couple of other times but mostly when i bothered to look behind me...

How many times each year are there opportunities to ride or race?
I'd rather be sorry for something I've done, than for something I didn't do.

Depends how much you want to spend and how much you want to travel

Probably at least 6 - 7 meetings in the North island and about 9 -10 in the South

That'll be the look on your face after buying a slab of beer at the next meeting, won't it?

Little bird told me the power of the scooter was too much for you and Gordie.

Lucky its only bucket sidecars, so the scaled down penalty is a 6 pack of Reineick.
