I wouldn't even waste my time travelling up to Wanganui / Paeroa without three stamps.
They are that worried about someone fucking it up & the whole event being canned forever as a result that he wouldn't get a look in.
Make sure he knows that, because I wouldn't be able to stand him snivelling about the place that he travelled all that way & nobody bent the rules for him.
Its not like he's some kind of ex multiple NZ champ, he's just a nobody that rides a sidecar, so why would they treat him special?
I have seen him crash completely of his own doing too.
