Out of curiosity, what happened to the old motor ? i remember it going quite well after I dialled the cams in....

A guy in Ohaupo near Hamilton bought the whole outfit just for the motor to put in some Kawasaki pre '89 bike.
Thought he said ZX10, but could be wrong.
I found the chassis accidentaly while looking for some 35mm CR's that I think you gave me a lead on.
Ended up buying new ones, but saved this chassis from being scrapped in the process.

Theyre three piece Halliday's. NZ made I think. Heaps of sidecars had them twenty odd years ago.
You can buy lighter wheels that arent as flimsy from your local tyre shop for less than they cost now.
The motor is the ZX10 from the ex Scrivy, Porteous (aus) bulit outfit. Multiple NZ & Aussie national title holder.

Well the new owner is going to get a surprise if he ever checks the cam timing...lol.

I see you've ditched the 12 year + old tyres, few bits of tube been cut off and looks like master cylinder mount swapped back across to the left. There's a hole in the chassis where a crossover for the gear change used to run, did the later motor bolt up to the earlier mounts? front one looks a bit more substantial than what was on there
