Just did 2000m on the rowing machine at a pace that would have 5 year old laughing at me, that's my exercise for the week

    Electric 216mph sidecar http://cmgonline.com/news/2012/09/17...-speed-record/

And knocked off from Bikesport news

Michael Dunlop was so captivated by his sidecar debut at Oliver's Mount that he pulled out of one of the superbike races after a single lap, explaining: 'The chairs are more fun.'

Dunlop, who has multiple TT winner Dan Sayle as passenger, got quicker every time he went out on Nick Crowe's LCR Honda, working hard to bring down his lap times, ultimately going sub-two minutes for the tight and demanding 2.43-mile woodland course.

“Despite a lot of slagging before the event from various individuals, Michael was as safe as houses,' said Sayle. "He went onto the grass once at the Monument and he struggled to get the hang of the bumps, but otherwise he was spot on."

This shows how that guy went over the front, always make sure you have a chair guard

    Classic sidecar porn

This has 4 valve heads made from an old drawing by Phil Irvine

Now that's a fork brace....Funny, I always understood that Vincent Girdraulics were pretty stiff torsionally, someone obviously disagrees..
I assume the front mudguard mount is also a lifting point as it's obviously meaty enough.

Looking at that reminds me, I turned down a ride on Les Dwight Snr's speedway Vinnie in 1970...and every speedway chair offered since.
