520 will not last as long as the 530, but will give you a HP or 3, and that is about it. I watched a 125 team in japan dyno a bike with a chain that had done 1 race only, then they threw on a new one, and gained 1.2 peak HP

    I wouldn't even notice it

Just ordered a good 530 online as I found a place having a special, think thats the last bit I need to finish the bike

Dug some old Yokos out of the shed to use for the meeting, I guess putting the motor back in might help as well

wise choice. Small gain for massive cost of sprockets also to suit, is just not worth it. I am using a std 525 chain on my old 520 sprockets to save me from buying a new 520 currently. I will fit a new 520 come serious race days though, like the Suzuki Series.

Already had rears available, but I would have had to buy fronts so not really a big deal, more convenience than cost that decided it

Finally got the side wheel hub reassembled, all presses together and the hub is an interference fit on the shaft, thats pretty much all the play that was developing gone

I didn't think the wheel bearings felt to bad but the new bearings are way smoother, new rod ends, changed the brake fluid, Thursday night the motor goes back in

Well I had planned on having it ready but shit happens and it wont be, needs fork seals and charge the battery, far to much to do in such limited time
