    1Tonne gear?

Looking at getting some pants and jacket from 1Tonne and just wondering what people think of their gear?

Check with the search function - this question has been asked many times...or you could pm Quasi... (or maybe not).

1 tonne gear is fine and has been tested by people both on the track and on the road. in some instances it's lasted better for people than their 'expensive' gear.....

The general consensus these days seems to be that it's pretty good for the price. They've been in business too long to be selling crap.

I have a pair of 1 Tonne winter sport riding pants. Very happy with the quality and finish. And they are also great to deal with as a retiler.
I've spent my money on bikes, booze and babes. The rest I've wasted....

Is retiling when they just throw the new ones over the top of the old?

I have 1 tonne pants, have crashed in them twice, on the road at 70km, on the track at over 200km. they held up fantastically in both instances. I found them friendly and efficient and happily recommend them to others.
