Unread notification number up the duff

Anyone know how I can sort out the number of unread notifications I see (top right corner)? For bloody ages I have permanently had 2 unread vistor messages. Of course I don't, but it doesn't clear. Anyway to reset or something?

Are you sure it isn't 2 unread private messages in your inbox?

If you are sure it refers to visitor messages, then just go and clean them out. See if the message is still up then.

Yip, it says visitor messages.

Well I'll be buggered...I didn't know you could delete them. I just deleted the last 3 messages (from 2010) and the message is now gone. Sorted.
