So - nearly time to reassemble and my loctites gorn ard! Piddle. I need to use the red loctite on the bearing to housing (swingarm) and green retainer on the yoke to inner race. I've got the green (609 medium strength I think) but where in wellie do I get the red high strength?

    Anyone know??

I'd say ring around places like Repco or try our mate Pete's place Wellington Motorcycles or try Motorad.

Otherwise closer to your home these guys claim they have Loctite products http://www.locksmithskapiti.co.nz/nuts-bolts-kapiti
    Cheers

Thanks mate - Its useful stuff to have at home though so I'll probably buy some. Its also bit tricky to do overnight 'cos I have to pop parts into the freezer and heat others so its a weekend jobbie.

Besides - its gives me something to bitch on the internet about....

Oh - anyone know if the red high strength thread locker is close enough to use for this job (shaft inside of bearing, minimal load as drive is taken by splined shaft)
