    Whilst Dold Industries are specialling some Arais at the mo, it's only selected models/sizes. Normal cost is well over your price.

    sorry to take this OT, (its a free bump though...) but the saga of me wanting an Arai Freddie Spencer replica and not being able to get it (yet I could get the Schwantz rep) was apparently due to NZ getting Arais for one market, and Australia (where I got my FS rep) getting Arai's for another. Europe models vs US models or something.

    Do you know if that is true or what the differences are? From memory my Arai FS rep is a Corsair whch was not available in NZ. I ended up getting it at Peter Stevens in Melbourne. Its ended up being the most expensive helmet in NZ but whatever.

    It's best for me to not comment on Arai in NZ sorry mate.
