    Mrs H and I are keen to do Turkey for a few weeks on bikes in the next couple of years. Any like-minded souls who would like to join us on such an excursion would be most welcome.

    Everybody seemed to drift away afterwards, as in the end did I.

    Don't go to Turkey... It would drive you insane getting the correct spelling of all the place names...

    Anyone know what happened to the 'other' silk road riders on old bangers?

    One of them (Dick H) apparently got quite ill on the journey, I don't think he was able to complete it. Not sure if the other two did or not. There is a website I think, but I'm not sure what the URL is.
