Whats the reasoning behind underclocking to extend battery life? You work in remote areas or just for a geek cock measuring contest? If your working in remote areas get some external battery pack adaptors.
I love the smell of twin V16's in the morning..

i'm on solar power. sometimes the sun don't shine too good. (i'm working on a wind turbine and waterwheel, but thay's'aways off yet.) so my "external battery pack adaptor" is my house batteries. but basically i'm just looking to reduce consumption of as much as i can... and for the technology, i'm not doing too badly having this at 15w since newby macbooks run at 9. i'm picking the screen is the biggest power draw (but no way to test...)

and yae, in a remote area. 3g internets (upgraded to a mighty 1GB/ month!!! 26k/s - AWESOME. (anyone want to sponsor me a nokia c5-01?))

no. but working on that too (just have to stop smoking all my building materiel >< !). acre for acre (and i have a few) hemp is more productive than corn. oil=biodiesel, fibre=clothes, shoes, rope etc.
plus. what better place to hide a tree than in a forest?

some hemp products:, why wouldn't ya?
