Anyone watching CSI, they are doing burnouts on motorbikes?
Anyone watching CSI, they are doing burnouts on motorbikes?
To every man upon this earth
Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
yep I saw it on telly.....
Not a cruiser in sight...hehehe
Yes, how pathetic, hubby got all excited when he saw the motorbike but then they started collecting a pile of different bikes together to do burnouts to match to one left at a crime scene - yeah right! And they could even tell it was a Metzler MEZ4 - off a Suzuki no less! I'm sorry, but the bounds of credibility got a little stretched at that point!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
I think it was supposed to show the difference in frame rigidity as the one they were after had a wavy back and foward pattern.
Obvious flaws were
1. different revs will produce different pattern so unless they had audio then they were shit out of luck.
2. Thier bikes were poose.g. guy is doing burnout on 636, sound is fine, zoom in to speedo, REDLINE!!!..... at 8,000RPM, hmmm, didn't get a good enough look to see which bike it was actually off.
as soon as i saw it i thought "wonder how many other KBers are sitting here saying OMFG!!!"
I saw it. They were testing different bikes to see which had a tyre to match pattern left at scene. Decided it was a Metzler Mez4, which they said was OE on the suzuki. WT - you care to comment?Originally Posted by SpeedMedic

Have you ever heard a SV650 sound like THAT? It's like in the second Terminator movie where the kid is on a XR 100 and it certainly doesn't bear any resemblance to the noise they make!
