According to her lawyer today she was at the hospital with her older son who had taken ill and she took him to A&E where she waited hours with him to the early hours of the morning.

Do you recall some of her behaviour and that of her whanau outside court in the early days?...Yeah....that was the image of a good mother. As a family they closed ranks, screw what Macsyna claims. According to the coroners report etc those kids suffered from more than just the beating that killed them. They had a history of prior neglect and abuse, including having had broken ribs some time prior to their head injuries. Even if Chris that cunt was the one who single handedly did the damage that ultimately killed the twins (which I think he did), why the hell did it take Mcsyna and Chris so long to a) go to the doctors and b) get to the hospital upon the doctors instruction? (They went home apparently after the doctors visit even though they were told to go straight to the hospital)

They were a house full of wellfare freeloading no hopers who lived in an environment physically and socially unfit for children. Kahui and King seem to have sobered up some, or at least the media portray them that way, and maybe they do have their lives in order finally, however sorry mate, I don't buy Macsyna's crocodile tears as she did not provide the twins their necessary care and I certainly don't by Chris' bullshit...I bet it was that fucker that did the kids a number.

As I recall they were reported as stopping at MacDonalds for a sit down feed on the way. I agree, all the evidence at the time pointed to her as a terrible mother. Nothing has changed.

Things have changed unfortunately. The CORONER has ruled she was not to blame.

End of the day, two children died while in the care of their father. The deaths were not accidental. The parents of children are responsible for their children's care.

Their was a gross failing of the parents, in particular the father. And for that, he should be charged with failing to provide that care.
