A noun is a just a name. If it's based on one's prejudiced belief's of any race/colour ... it is considered racist. Even if the statement IS true ... it is still racist.

If it is true, then it is based on fact, not belief. So if it is true then it isn't racist.

I recall how one high school teacher taught us about how to determine if a statement is racist or not. Take out the refernce to race, and if the statement still has the same meaning then it was racist. If the meaning has changed, then it wasn't racist.

As you say ... truth isn't racist. But reference to colour/race is ... it is the mention of colour/race that causes the racisim.
But racist comments are not about truth ... but to inflame/insult ... another group of people ....

The intent to inflame/insult by knowingly adding the race/colour bit in a statement ... is the racism issue.

At the time of their death there were about 14 people living (and receiving benefits) in that house, none of them could figure out and assist the police to determine what happened, the whole lot of them should be shot with a ball of their own shit.

This sort of stuff does not happen in middle and upper income families.
