Who did the actual deed was almost a side show. There were several of those sub humans who could have stopped it and should have known better but did nothing. INCLUDING the mother who should/ did know better after the fact.

Fact 2: Nobody in the house did anything to stop the killing.
Conclusion 1: Everyone involved is guilty of neglect. At least one is guilty of murder.
Fact 3: Nobody has been convicted of anything in relation to this case.
Conclusion 2: Whoever was in charge of this case has done a really shitty job.

- The twins were in the sole care of the father when they were injured - no other adults were present including the mother
- The above fact is not some sort of indictment on the mother (check the context around this before inserting your prejudice here)
- The mother and father were not a couple (and it is unlikely that the father had shown previous signs of untrustworthiness given the point below)
- The coroner's report shows the mother had previously taken excellent care of the children (despite her limited resources)
- The slow to respond accusation has been shown to be bollocks - the father was reluctant to seek medical intervention, the mother did by all accounts in a state of shock
- The wall of silence accusation has similarly been shown to be bollocks - those still labouring this point should read the thread and check the links provided

Let separate two things out...

Putting aside first, questions about culpability and "responsibility" for a second. The average New Zealand arsehole (overwhelmingly over represented on this particular forum) blinkered by their huge prejudice implicated the mother Macsyna King immediately and she was subject to a complete character assassination BEFORE the facts were available and without her context or that of the wider family was known (not that it is entirely). The I believe it partly because you are cunts and partly because the media are cunts. Most of your cuntiness stems from ignorance (no sociological understanding). Others of you seem to be innate cunts.

As far as "responsibility" goes, I find it deeply deeply ironic that so many who routinely harp on and on about "individual responsibility" would like to see this particular family collectively shot. Are you all being culturally sensitive or would you like to generalize repsonsibility for this tragedy out to the whanau, hapu, iwi to tangata. Why not just go for capital genocide?

Two babies were slaughtered. None of them have rights untill they tell the truth. This renders your argument invalid.

So key point, two babies were slaughtered. They were not taken to hospital in enough time. But I doubt even one of the parents actually taking them to hospital would have saved them.
