+1 plus there is the small matter of the lie about the video camera and the invasion of the guards privacy, they were on private property so no automatic right to video. Being on private property and having told him they weren't videoing he had a reasonable expectation of privacy. The guard should sue the little pricks. He shouldn't have broken the board but in today's PC world, post Sue Bradford, it counts as better than the size 9 up the arse the deserved.

I think it was fair dinkum, the little shites'd probably been doing this plenty of times, ignoring warnings, etc. If not these specific young louts, then others. If they did indeed value their own property so much, why don't they treat other people's property and privacy with the same respect?

It's amazing how kids these days need a shock in order to learn anything to do with respect and civility, rather than logic and sef-respect. The bigger the ego, the hard they fall when something like this happens (I guess this might apply to both parties).
