Hahahaha! I don't take any of this personally or have any surcharge for pissing me off,

As I informed Sloan last week,I deal with each issue as it comes up,On its merits and I can't afford in my position to carry grudges otherwise it would prevent me from doing my job properly and in an unbiased manner.

    As you were.

The spot check type questioning/tests ain't for me, never have been! Almost got taking in for questioning in the UK because they thought I was a pole and struggled to get the words out!
Yea,I think Skunks comment was a bit tongue in cheek and if it wasn't,It certainly wasn't anything I asked him too do.

It was tongue in cheek but I think the concept has merit. You should know the safety rules.

Discussing it after the fact has not worked! We have done that for years with no effect. Repeating the same thing expecting a different outcome is just stupid. Time for a new approach. I don't know what yet but I'm thinking. It will be a 'before the incident' approach though.
    Simple. Start suspending people.

But when you kick a dog the other dogs learn from it.

Billy uses Peanut Butter which negates the requirement to kick. One small side effect is they tend to follow you around alot trying to lick your arse.

I get your point but frankly this annaolgy is bullshit. All that the other dogs learn is that their master is a wanker.

You guys always want to know how we get more spectators to the race meetings??

Forget the bikes - stage a debate on the rules of racing and equip each side with weapons.... Hell - I'd watch that....

    Thanks Paul.
Note the change of rules for Round 5 guys...

I don't like telling people what to do at riders briefing, or threatening the use of big sticks.
But I'm not going to sit by while riders and pit crew put any lives at risk. Break a safety rule and you're going home. No excuses, no discussion.

Are you referring to the Code of Conduct on the Info page?

Nope,Pretty sure he means the M.O.M.S, Chapter 5 has some things you might be interested in before you get too carried away,In particular,5.2.6b/5.2.4 and 5.9,If you get my drift.
