These buggers should be made illegal.
Last time I was in Africa they advised me not to stop at red lights where I could see people cleaning windows / selling sunnies/ generally grabassing about.
The problem being that on occasion, if you didn't let the bugger clean your windshield, he'd whip out his peice and ask politely for your wallet.
Or they'd just shoot you through the window and take the car, I suppose the bucket and squeegee will then come in handy removing the contents of your cranium from the inside of the windshield.

True story, I've got family members over in South Africa who have experienced that before.

Yup, happened to my ex father in law three times in SA & Nigeria. His driver was shot in front of him. Great that in NZ you just get a brown eye salute. I bet the offended woman never eats sliced liver again.

One of the SA guys that used to work for me said they were coming up to the lights and the car in front stopped, someone leaned into the car to grab a bag or something and the driver shot him in the head and carried on driving.
All the dead guys mates then robbed his corpse as they drove past.

No wonder they all move over here.

I like reddit. Its not just about chicks getting naked andposting pix of themselves (and a myriad other naughty parts of the site) though that is there. Theres a reasonable r/motorcycles section, theres a section on lor, plus, you know. lolcats and jokes and stuff.
