Aspartame is the most tested product on the planet. As long as one doesn't overdo consumption of it, it will do one no harm whatsoever.
And people who worry about E numbers seriously need therapy. E numbers are just a coding system for food additives and ingredients. Even "natural" products get E numbers.

If in doubt, only eat things you have made yourself from raw unprocessed ingredients. pretty simple really.

So it's legal for adults to feed children these toxins, but it's illegal for an adult to smoke pot. I see the logic there.
I was driving to work the other morning and noticed a young Maori kid eating grass! I pulled over and told him to stop eating that, he could come for breakfast at my place. "Can my brother and sister come"?
