    I built the 600 being a uni student, but it's a hell of a lot easier after I left!

    For sure... I was thinking about it some more last night, I wonder if it's because Suzuki have retained that styling for so long that it just doesn't look right to me eye without a front fairing. That and custom/naked/street fighter/whatever the latest hip term is, has pretty much run its course in a same old same old way. Frankly that's not surprising, and most of them seem to come about because it's a lot easier to take shit off a bike and bolt an odd looking headlight on that it is to manufacture bespoke fairings. The Taylormade pipe suits it, but the side fairing bits look like it's just another crashed bike trimmed back to get it on the road.
