Sorry, I've been a bit slack.
Its a 20 inch screen, pickup from the casino end of Salisbury St. Appears to go, but I couldn't be bothered to tune it so all it displayed was static.

Now that the rings are burned into my display, does it's value increase? Do I have to apply for a permit from the Olympic committee to operate the unit? I have covered the screen until further notice to avoid any copyright infringement. In case I am asked to pay royalties for displaying the rings, should the committee charge me or Sky/Prime?

The rings have now disappeared and I am happy again. Just out of curiosity, if you have an LED LCD panel, do you have problems with clouding and back light bleed or have those issues been solved?
This is what I am talking about:
"Am I just being overly picky. I went from the c650 lcd samsung which had major clouding and flashlights into the d6500 led unit which samsung did a replacement for me for a fee outside of warranty and this thing is ridiculed with clouding..
Allthough the picture is amazing and the smart hub rocks. Im getting annoyed with taking off work for a tech to come and replace the panel and every time its the same exact crappy look? What do you think I can do, bite the bullet on time and just keep getting it replaced or am I overly picky. Ill post pics later if need be but its about as bad as it can get.
Wondering if anyone else just has had bad luck...guess this was a big ol vent!"

Seems like they listened. For the Rio Olympics the rings were gray instead of a blazing white. I still have my plasma and still love it. Might replace it with OLED one day, once they have price and reliability issues sorted.
