    Beautiful bit of gear that

The best part about the NSX power figures is they didn't lie, I have seen results on one with over 200k on the clock pulling 185kw at the wheels, unmodified take in to account that it's fairly torquey, has pefect ratios and is a genuine 1200kg, it's still a fast car now a 3.2 could almost hold a 360 Modena in a drag race
This is the 3lt earlier model. Once he gets the new FI for it he will have taken it about as far as he can and still have a streetable car. He's spent gold on the chassis set up with a mix of NSX-R and GT race bits for suspension and brakes.

They are a true classic and I would have one in an instant! Just gotta sell a few more batteries... LoL!

I noticed it's a 3L, the 3L was the one I've seen pushing that power at the wheels, properly impressive motors...typical Honda
He wasn't from Taupo by any chance? And purchased that one in auto form?

Don't think so, he bought it new and has gradually uprated it over the years.

    Cool story bro.

Is he going to secure that amazing battery with anything more substantial than cable ties before he next heads out to scorch tarmac?

Along with a few other bits and pieces... Mind you the darned things are so light you could just about use sticky tape and they won't budge. Yeah track rules are for a reason and he's a seasoned track racer.

Scroll to 5 min 31 sec

Assume maybe 4g impact. What does your super mega lightweight battery weigh then?
Please advise me of the brand of sticky tape you use
