Cool, so just a bit of wording to fix in the supplementary regs. won't be a problem.

Can we have some clarification on the type of license required for this event.
Will the $100 club one do or do you need the $200 flash version, it would be a bit harsh to send people away because they had the wrong type.
All the old guys who get the free ones only get club ones so may not be eligible
My neighbours diary says I have boundary issues

I am led to believe for streetcircuits you need a full national licence,It would pay to check with the office.

According to the licence application form the Championship Race Licence is free to over 65's.

Yip,They sure do and they have plenty to do with MNZ,So much so in fact they actually supply us with the necessary supp regs with their class rules included,As I have suggested your club do.Still waiting for that so I can sign off the permit and entry form.

OK fair enough, but from your previous comments I took it that F1 and F3 are not in the rule book, now I see these classes everywhere I look. So the problem is not with the classes then, it's with the supplementary regs, that list the classes for this event.
So now we are getting there, so the supplementary regs need to spell out what F1, F3, BEARS, Post Classic, Classic, Bucket, Supermotard, Formula Greymouth actually are. Don't you have this on file? The classes haven't changed for years. I'd bet that the permit application is exactly the same as it was the year before.

You like to state that your are a volunteer, I think you are forgetting that so are we.

I'll bet you a million dollars the permit and entry form application are the same as the year before as well,But that doesnt make it right,I have made available to the host club a template put together by the victoria mcc too use,But too date Ive heard nothing.

No I haven't forgotten you guys are volunteers,But its obvious too me you haven't read the rulebook and thats more than a little disturbing considering your running a race meeting.

Mate, I'm not running anything, except the chequebook. They didn't tell me when the I started I needed to be able to quote verse and chapter of the rule book in order to balance that.
