    F3 er 650

    Man I love my job

Pictures to follow at a later date when completed

Er650 putting ou 86RWHP and 52 ft lb Tourque- Engine built in the UKby a friend and dyno runs done last week

ZX6R BPF Forks and custom tripples

    Trik alloy swingarm

Pet tank and seat unit one piece body work with real 8 ltr tank down very low on bike

Tripples and footrest kit are made by a new bike related buisness here called TT1 PERFORMANCE HOUSE

We have footrest kits for 7 different model bikes now, all machined in house

Now considering Brembo callipers and master?

I am so lucky to have met people with passion and money that needed a partener/ manager

Keen to see the pics! That's a good engine and I wonder why it hasn't found a lot more applications.

A job that can be hugely rewarding or a nightmare! It would be good to see you come home for a bit though. Be great to catch up!

Some shit just started making a lot more sense.

ER motors are bloody strong, I reckon better than the SV, but it doesn't feature here because the rest of the bike needs to go in the bin as far as I can see.

Swingarm and forks would be a start, but they are tall and porky as hell in that frame.

Hate to say it but if Wobbly turns up with his RZ400 F3 bike, nothing will see which way it went. It's sitting at over 90Hp and I believe he plans to get close to 100 from what I have read/been told. All that in a bike that will be 40KG lighter, F3 just got serious.

Good to see you in gainful employment mate...

There's plenty more to come from that Kawasaki. But I'm starting to think there may be a cooling problem inherent with them.
Talking tonight to a mate just back from the IOM - coincidentally also in Adelaide - he tells me the ones on the island ran huge radiators.
Right to the bottom of the fairings apparenly..... the one I built I'm pretty sure after examining the remains, dropped an exhaust valve seat out cooling down on the dyno...Left hand end exhaust, right by the thermostat housing where the biggest amount of hot water sits.

Just be aware it can happen.
