Time to make the magic happen...starting Monday I will reduce the asking price by $25 each day (mon-fri) until I hit my bottom price. Once I've reached my bottom price I will withdraw the bike from sale and make preparations to take it with me to Australia.

Hold out as long as you dare but don't let somebody else beat you to it for the sake of $50 or a $100 bucks.

Viewing available every afternoon and weekends.

Great Retro styled bike. Well configured for NZ riding conditions, comfortably sits at common cruising speeds and has plenty of get up and go for momentary lapses in judgement.

Bike is good 2up, in fact my wife says its even better than the late model VFR's I've owned previously. The seat is comfortable and the pillion pegs spacious. Rear shocks are easy to adjust to accomodate extra preload which keeps the bike handling well.

Bike starts easily and runs well, paint work could do with a refresh but still looks great for a bike of this era.

Full service at 100,000 kms performed by George from Motorcycle doctors, this service was a complete service and included:

    Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
    New Air filter
    New Spark Plugs
New Brake Fluid front and Rear
    Fit HEL braided brake lines
    New Fork Oil
    Carb balance
Valve Clearance check (no adjustment required)
Compression Check (all found to be good)
Wheel bearings and swing arm bearings all checked ok

Everything that could be done was done.

The bike has brand new Pilot Road 2s front and rear, brake pads were inspected at the time and found to be at approx. 50%

Service, tyres and braided lines add to $1250 –therefore the asking price represents a true bargain.

Bike is pre-wired for a BEL STI radar detector – this will be offered to the winning bidder for an additional $500.
