Best bet would be to ring Brendon at Motorad and get his email and send him some photos and details so he can value it and give you a swap over difference in price.

Damn nice bike those MT's, I hear those things pull like a teenage boy!

Some people are only alive because it is illegal to shoot them.

I haven't seen a direct comparison as in dyno chart to compare earlier 14's to the new one but a friend of mine and I did a top gear roll on test between the new one and my 2007 model done 62000km (with two brothers cans but no computer upgrade), he's about half my weight if that. Done from 80kph through to about 150 the new bike pulled an initial advantage of about 2 bike lengths and by the time we got to 150ish it had pulled another bike length and a bit maybe.
Also worth noting that the new bike is running lower gearing too (1 tooth on the front sprocket as I understand), I thought my bike acquitted itself rather well but that said there is definitely an extra dimension of ridability with the new model. Probably the biggest improvement between the first 14's and the latest one is the forks are miles better and the fit and finish of the plastics is quite an improvement.
