HA! Don't worry, I have one of those. BEST purchase I have ever made.
Especially cause I have to wear those damn fancy work clothes at work and not just jeans and a hoody. Awesome for dashing to the shop too.
Make sure you load evenly haha otherwise you'll end up toppling one way haha. Especially if you have books in there!!!

Hi Aimee, I'm new here myself but can tell you Nick is a very good instructor. I did my BHS test with him back in May and he's very relaxed and patient, and explains things well. I'll be going back at some stage (when I have a bike!) to do some on road training with him. Waiting for 1st October!

    Cheers.

It was - it really, really was. Yesterday around the peninsula was interesting, but going home back around the bays was ril fun, especially the beeeeeg Oriental Bay corner, where it turns from LIttle Karaka Bay into Oriental Bay. BUT I made it!

I've previously found the motorway on a windy day was interesting too - poor little tiny Mort :P

Well, the throttle was definitely being cranked more! That corner was a bit dodge (well, by my standards. which is not dodge at all, talking to people) though when a gust caught me, so slowed down a little, with the expected buffeting that goes with that. Poor wee bike battles a bit, I think. Still, all new fun skills to learn!

No. You're correct. That corner is shithouse in the wind.
