Are there any motorcycle boots that look good as well as being functional?

I personally like Shoe boots like these - http://www.cycletreads.co.nz/product...boot_shoe.aspx They are suuuuuuuper comfy, come up higher than you would think (covers the ankle), and have the benefit of being flats so you don't tower over everyone. (I'm tall too)

I got mine from Cycletreads in Auckland, but you might be able to find a shop in Welly that has them? There's a couple brands like these so maybe you'll be able to find something that works for you down there

To be honest they look way better in real life.. And i'm quite comfortable wearing my kevlar jeans and these boots just walking round a mall/grabbing a coffee because they look casual and normal enough. Plus they're SUPER comfy. I got them for $200 reduced from $350 at Red Baron. They're 'mens' boots, but meh!
