2013 MANX GRAND PRIX anyone keen on riding it?

There's a couple of lads from NZ who are riding the 2013 MGP with a really good deal on fright etc from Aussie available through ex-pat KIWI Dave Milligan of Get Routed.
Thing is he tells me that if there's enough interest from this side of the ditch he'll ship a container from here which will be even betterer for us at the end of the day.
Are there other riders keen to go?

    Ryan Farquhar quits!

After losing his uncle, he finally sees what it costs family and friends.

Just got back from the IOM on Tue after helping my mate in the Junior, Ryan is a top bloke and helped us to set up our bike after we asked him and it was a old bike of his, a real shame he has finished racing ..
The Manx is a great event but the weather was shit this year and the feeling is people on the island no longer want the Manx...get it done before it is no longer a option !

This little snippet seems to suggest they have had chats and the future of the Manx Grand Prix should be bright, with an effort for new classes/races for classic bikes..

Rick. The people on the island have on and off been rumbling about not wanting the TT for as many years as I can remember.
Heres something interesting I've personally noticed. The years the weather is crapolla around race week are the years the "locals" (expat brits not true locals) tend to be the most vocal or perhaps just get the most media attention.
    Couple of reasons for that.
First off crap weather tends to make people grumpy anyways.
Second. rather than the tourists that are there for the TT being out on the "beach", riding their bikes.in the campsites, looking round the pits etc they fill up the pubs ,cafe's, banks (and Mcdonalds) Now a tax haven expat essex girl gets grumpy when she cant get her double expresso mocha latte.
Then theres the reporters themselves. its cold n wet n miserable. Its so much easier to dig up the ol "locals upset at tt races" chestnut that to head to the top of the hill and report how johhnny go fast is back on form.
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
