I must have missed the lapping.

Fish went nearly two laps down because after he finally got going, he had to pull back off and do some bar straightening. Right hand turns were a bit tough with the bar touching the tank by the looks. So to spite a stellar effort, I don't think him and Craig were in the running.

I got a bit confused because their pit seemed to take HEAPS longer than Kyle and Gaz so I lost them for a lap or two.

So as long as Kate didn't lap Kyle like these people think, Kyle and Gaz had it.

Not at all but their pace was real good. (as one would expect)

Pretty sure Paul, Regan and Katie lapped Kyle and Glen.

Kinda cool it wasn't properly counted it will give us shit to debate for years to come.

I was just starting to put my head down when the chequred went off prematurely. Had to do another lap just to make sure it was really out!
Paul never lapped me. Only two past me and that was Sloan and Fishie (once he recovered from crashing at the start!) and that was near the beginning!

Who knows! Bloody good day! Apart from my usual FXR unreliableness! Wasn't willing to ride on rooted forks!

le mans start bike fired straight away put left foot on foot peg and started to mount bike half way on the bike coughed and I fell over the bars and onto the track as the bike quietly drove up the track by itself and on to the grass behind the start tower and fell over. I get up take a bow to the crowd get back on to stop around the corner to straighten handle bar and brake lever. Might I add laughing all the way.

Yeah it was a good day, I was impressed with Tex in the last A race, he was flying & won probably his first A race, well deserved, I think I only started cutting into his lead when he got tired.

Endurance racing huh? Like most endurance races they are often won & lost in the pits. Fortunately Katies Boyfriend was observing some of the antics so we'll claim a moral & probably very real victory.

I was well impressed with Katies race. She didn't get a massively good start but rode a lonely 3rd, not getting left behind by Paul(?) & Regan who were both going well quick for being on slicks. I'd told her to not get too crazy, we had an advantage of being on wets. She went to the plan, didn't fall off & ran her hump off to the gate & back before I set off for my session. This last bit was where several others either couldn't do the run or didn't wait for the runner to get back before setting off. Oooh Naughty!

Took me a while to get the feel for the wets but eventually I did & started getting faster. Then the race ended early.

Perhaps with some of the talk people don't want to admit they were served by some chick & a middle aged guy on a 50cc

What a epic weekend, I haven't laughed so much in ages!

I managed to noob it up pretty well I thought. I punted Mr Willaims off and took two others down going for a gap, which at the last moment I realised wasn't there! Then after putting it back together crashed started the bike to find the throttle stuck wide open and binned again not 1m from the first one and then to top it off screwed the race good and propper for everyone else by staying on the outside of the corner trying to sort it again! Timmay! You'd think I'd know better eh?

Although riding in the dry was good fun, I actually found the wet endurance race far more enjoyable!

So now I'm hooked on buckets!

Thanks to everyone for a frekkin cool weekend, especially Hele's & Malcom!!!

You are all bonkers, but was great to turn up and have a play. I was a absolute poof in the wet on slicks (as usual :-) ), and yes its tempting to get one.............

I will do a story about the day for the bike mag Fishy, - who was the guy taking pics , i need a number as the Mag needs pics.

    Cheers
    GW

P.S Paul D, you are dead meat........ :-)
