Also nice is the imachining demos, but perhaps more from a machinists point of view, chews through the work. Pity it costs a shit-ton so I've never had a chance to use it.

I wouldn't recommend being the hairy that has to stand and watch these things all day, that shit gets old real quick! And the programmer will need CAD experience minimum, preferably CAM as well.
Not sure on specific companies or if there are many jobs going in either part.
