Tis the season... seems like the Chinese aren't too happy with the Japanese for buying a couple of islands... so much so that Japanese stores in China have shut down because their places where being smashed up. People walking through the streets smashing Japanese cars etc... and not a Muslim in sight. Must be the season.

I read it was banned mainly because of lobbying from the all powerful cotton barons when they reached the point of mechanising their farms & no longer needed stoned, passive "labourers". Wiped out the hemp industry overnight & made them gazillions.

I certainly would like to see religion lose it's teeth. So much trouble for so little point.
