Hmmm, didn't the Christian "leader of the free world" invade Iraq, Afghanistan recently? (note, there has never been a non-Christian US President, so the two are inextricably linked...check out Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney's religious resume) Didn't the Christian Australian leader(s) support them in this and many other actions? Aren't Muslims still imprisoned without trial and without evidence in Guantanamo 10 years after the fact?

I'm not supporting the protestors actions but it's pretty easy to see why they might feel a lil' antsy and reach tipping point.

Closer to home, didn't we have our own case recently of that church sign repeatedly destroyed in Auckland because some Christian zealot took offence at another church's message? Weren't there threats of it continuing as long as the message remained?
