Gear sizing?

Hi guys,

I am new and looking to get some gear sorted and have seen the thread for FC Moto Shop and how much cheaper it is than shopping here in NZ. My question is, how are you guys making sure stuff will be your size?

I guess I can only go into a shop in Welly, try on some stuff and go for that size online? What do you do if it is gear or a brand that is only on the site and not in NZ?

And if it's the wrong size/stitching goes/comes apart as you wear it/not the colour you thought it would be .... take it back ...

There are some really good guides to how sizing works, and how to figure out your size, but ultimately there is a bit of risk. I've been pretty careful so far, and everything I've ordered online so far (gloves, jacket, helmet, pants) has fit perfectly, but maybe I am just lucky
