    Oil tank is almost complete and managed to find some alloy hose conectors to weild to the tank and replace the current Gb engine hose conection,I will be running with annodised fittings..What did susprise me was that one place I went too in town told me to just weild brass fittings to my alloy tankwouldn't be so bad if he was joking but he wasn't......

    Have done as much as I can at the work shop so have brought the bike home to start the next phase of making the wiring loom and running breather hoses,going to be much easier with the bike obn the lifter and being able to listen too the Sound rather than ZM

    Wow, I've searched all over the world and found the one of best RS's so far here! Only yesterday I was saying to my partner that no-one seems to have built a really nice CB500RS (or 600, if thats a XR600 engine in there?). There's a few rough ones on youtube, but nothing really nice. Then today I stumble across this. Nice work!

    I'll be watching this progress!

    (BTW, I have a CB250RS and last week bought an XL500 donor bike. CB500RS cafe coming up)

    Thanks been abit slow over the summer months,but will be back into it come April and will be changing the seat and duck tail to a one piece alloy unit..
