They show up, but are not "active". You'll note that they say expired. All infractions have a lifetime, and as said, only spamming is different as it also results in an instant ban (we use to block spammers).

I think the reason i never got booted was cause i was advertising for someone else and if i remember correctly (no i don't) it might have even been a good cause !

MT already has that in place - it's called Moderator training. All incoming Mods have to listen to it for 16 hours straight - not many make it through to the next stage...
