Steel worker in Welly?

Hi, I need to modify the rear guard for my bobber and am having a bit of trouble finding someone in welly area that is interested in having a go. Anyone make a recommendation?

I've got a steel Harley guard that I want to tighten the curve of so it follows the curve of my 130/90 16 tyre. Currently it's ok for half the length then straightens out too much.
Prefer not to go to Juniors if I can help it.......

Otherwise I'll have a go myself, but I'm a bit concerned I'll stuff it up and have to start again.

by steel worker do you mean panelbeater? if so basil gowanloch from classic panelbeaters (or similar name) in whakatiki st UH is your man
