K&N filter, degreed cams, raised compression ratio, had a good valve grind at 22000km, has Kawasaki Race ECU, and full Yoshimura stainless/carbon exhaust system. I've adjusted the slipper clutch so that it works according to the race kit specs, and it runs a -1 front sprocket.
The tyres fitted are Dunlops, a Sportmax Q2 on the front, and Ntec rear. I also have a spare Ntec front, and Sportmax Q2 rear in half worn condition.
Other improvements include Hel braided brake lines, a tinted screen, radial front master cylinder, and pazzo stubby levers. The suspension is stock, but has been adjusted so that the bike handles very well and is a delight to ride quickly. I've got a complete set of pro-bolt fairing bolts in gold to fit to the bike as well.
There are some low points with this bike, which are reflected in the price. It has been crashed and repaired, the paint is not an original Kawasaki colour, it's a Nissan Navara blue, I like it. There are fairing cracks around the mirror mounts which will need repairing.
