I think he should be allowed in.

I also think he "has" done his time and shouldn't continue to be punished by our gov't or any other.

But,,,I never liked him as a boxer,,,just a hard punching thug.

Think his Tattoo is a joke,,I remember when he was asked about it on some TV show and he claimed it was a New Zealand Mayan Tattoo,,,just about blew beer out my nose at that one

BTW,Leave smoky alone,,,he's not racist ok.

Of course he's done his time. Pretty hard to travel if you are still doing it.

Some people here think he hasn't and never will.

These same people like to break the law every time they get on their bike,,but that's ok because there only road rules and don't apply to "them" even though people just like "them" kill people on our roads every week of every year.

In the mean time some guy that was probably set up anyway, gets no second chance in life.

Bunch of two faced fucking NIMBY'S.

The USA has similar rules ... and it matters little to their authorities that we might have been "set up" too ...

A conviction would bar any of us from there. NO second chances.

Under our own laws, Anyone that has been convicted of a crime punishable by more than 5 years imprisonment is automatically rejected from entering this country, Let alone obtaining a Visa. So tell me this... Why is it that he has had 6 years served upon him of a crime which he has done and he is being thrown about the table for entering this country...

What a fail bunch of retards that support him coming here and an even more bunch of retarded idiots for even considering his application!

Nah, they still dont want him.
I reckon they should grant it on the condition of having a deathmatch with Liam Reid.

I don't agree that people should continue to be punished for the rest of their life for past evils they have already paid the state penalty for.

My views on international borders and people control are a bit different to most others as well.

The fact that the facts are the facts,,,makes no difference to the personal belief,,they stand reguardless.

Is it a case of continued punishment ... or part of the punishment ... ???

The rules of many countries regarding previous court convictions ... that will bar you from entry, are well known. (Aussie is included in this list) The antics of students resulting in court action ... are well documented in the court pages of all the regional newspapers. The future doctors/lawyers often apply for discharge without conviction for that reason. As do many well known members, of well known sports teams, and in both cases ... not often with success. So they can't say they didn't know.

If you apply for a visa to any country ... be honest with your court history ... and if sufficient time between your last conviction ... it may be granted. You wont know for sure ... until you ask.
