Hey Riff Raff any idea how many bikes there were today?
Didn't get a chance to do a count, sorry. Just before the ride started I had organised with my watch manager for us to be tail end charlie in the ambulance, but then it went nuts out there and we got a job. Got our patient to Middlemore at the same time as all the bikes were coming through and it did look really spactacular. I hope everyone enjoyed the ride. any wrong turns taken this year???

Yeah I spotted your Ambulance going past us as we were all lined up at Middlemore.

Nope no wrong turns this year....

The guy on the pushbike even beat us there as well....
Ok he did leave before us...
Was looking at the speedo occassionally... we were doing around 30 to 40km.

Yes, a great turnout. Rhino and I were talking to one of the Red Knight guys and he said that there were about 120 bikes. Though I don't think that anyone did an official count. They gave a cheque for $500 and then there was a lady roving round with a bucket for gold coins donations. It was great to see some of the kids there too from Kidzfirst. They were beaming looking at the bikes. The guy on the pushy actual took the short way to Middlemore and then rode round Middlemore about 3 times to try and find we were parking our bikes. Excellent everyone. A must do next year on my own bike Crashe!!

Yep, Great ride for a great cause. After went out to Clevedon for lunch the back to Botany for a coffee. Thanks to the RK's for organising the run.

Next time see if the cops can talk to scats to control the traffic lights fro the run to keep us all together.

Thanks for a great ride guys, that was my first charity ride and it was pretty cool.

I headed out to kaiawa afterwards with another group but turned back after maraetai to avoid the rain and managed to make it home dry which was cool.

It was great to meet more of the gang, Outlaws new bike was really nice, hope the wife takes it well mate and nak1d's bike is awesome, i wish mine was in that kind of condition, still looks new.

Cant wait for the next one!
