Pad insert? You mean armour? Shoulder or elbow or back?

There are extra options that some manufacturers make, more protection than standard inserts. Your local dealer should be able to find some armour inserts for your jacket. Doesn't help you (being in Tauranga), but Cycletreads had lots when I bought a jacket (and upgraded on the spot). For my Revit Jacket, they make a better insert you can order, did that last week as well...

I need it all other than the back section is still in one piece.

I has a chat to a couple of bike shops and they were no help

    One option: http://motomail.co.nz/estore/categor...29/armour.aspx

I'd start with Spool themselves, perhaps online from various websites, as it might fit the jacket better, depending on the shape of the pocket for the insert.
