is it possible to have some live data say "636 plays 456 " from a google document in my signature?Ie every time the google doc changes the relevant numbers change too?

I believe gifs and data are supported in signatures, but you'll need to know the relevant HTML data. Fuelly and suchlike do have code that you can put on websites to display your data...
