Battle of the Buckets Ruapuna, 8-9 September

Well I've only had the info by text, but I'm so excited I figured I better get a thread in & start the collective juices flowing.

BOB on the 8th. I'm assuming it will be B cct Ruapuna, but that's only my educated guess.
    Bears & Buckets racing 9th.

So it makes it worthwhile getting a NI posse together to go take revenge for a SI drubbing at the GP from the hands of those fiendish mainlanders.

Seriously it is a good event, a lot of fun, heck even the locals are a sort of alright bunch.

55min on a great track (assuming B cct) winner takes all. I'm not sure what that means or the scope or context of 'all'

In fact there is no text to indeed indicate that this 'all' will be up on offer, or for how long, but sometimes you have to make your own path to reward.

Rich & I have talked briefly about wgtn guys arranging a transport down, it has been done in the past.

    Who's keen?
Don't you look at my accountant.

Just remember if the Hoogies were busy last year it would have been a Wellington 1-2.

I thought the current president mightve posted the details by now, by guess he has other things on
Yes, Ruapuna B track running as part of a CAMS meeting again, so main race to be held during lunch break.
    BEARS meet on the Sunday.

...CAMS dates are only just at the point of being verified, we have had to do a lot of shuffling to get a back to back meeting so the bucketeers can have a weekend of it...our calendar will be official very shortly...looking like seven or eight meetings that F4 can play at with CAMS this coming season...

    That too
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!
