Checked if your using a decent amount of the travel? That R6 rear shock and RSV1000 forks will be way way out for small forces involved in bucket racing..
What tyres are they? BT39's? You might have some fundalmental problems which is holding you up from riding it quickly.

I'm with drew 1000 - 1500. As it still needs work to be competitive. Cool bike though. Gutted your giving up so early. 14HP really isn't that bad, should be capable of riding in A grade with a good rider. Should be quicker than a stock FXR.
The set up seems good. Static sag on rear is good but spring is maybe a size to small for me at 100kg with gear. The mounting points on rear will be different from a r6 so hard to make a comp between the 2. Front end feel good.
I havent raced it in the dry since it had original set up and 10hp with 24mm two smoke carb and for some reason I didnt ride well in the wet last meeting when im normally good on a wet track. Maybe I was just having a off day as we have a few things going on with house hunting etc.

If its not sold next meeting and its fine ill come out and ride it again.

Just relisted at 1k starting bid and reserve. Will see what happens
