I use their speedohealer. They are really good people to deal with - when I had a problem with the healer, they went to huge lengths to sort the problem.

Actually, they offered me one of those doodads you are looking at at half price since I had had a hard time with the healer. I didn't have any money so no go. But I do believe their stuff is pretty well made.
