So it's a purely pragmatic decision to stop - and nothing to do with politics at all ..
Over here they've just passed a law giving 6 months mandatory prison for anyone who doesn't stop for mr Wapol. And 9 mths mandatory (as a starter), if mr Wapol crashes and hurts himself......
