My point was,
If as you say and I quote from post 62 of the abovementioned thread "these motors are not designed for roadracing RPM usage",Why would you or anybody else consider ruining a whole lot of other competitors day,Standing around waiting for your oilspill to be cleaned up?Especially at a meeting that runs to a strict timetable such as Wanganui.
As it is,We are looking at introducing a rule that will force a number of the 4 stroke machines running at National level events to have an enclosed bellypan that holds a minimum of 3 litres of fluid to try and curb some of the downtime encountered cleaning up oil spills,Do we need to look at banning some engine configurations as well????
