I've only been to Auckland once, but I do remember lots of Asians and lots of traffic. A bit like KL really, just less satay and more ladyboys.

40% of Aucklanders are fairly resent over seas imports.

There's the answer, they get sent there more than once. No wonder it is glidlocked.
